Dwight Athletic Department to Offer Sports Physicals on June 6th
Dwight Public Schools will be offering sports physicals on Thursday, June 6th from 8am-noon at the high school. Cost of the physical is $20 (check payable to DTHS) and parent consent form must be signed by parents. The parent consent form can be found on line at www.dwight.k12.il.us In-coming freshman may use a school physical to play sports but must have it turned into the athletic office by August 12th. read more
